Beautiful top floor apartment with all the facilities in a lovely brownstone a short walk from transport. Quiet and safe neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. There is access to the back courtyard. There is good and interesting artwork everywhere. We would stay here again.

The room was small but had everything we needed. Iron and hairdryer included, as well as tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfy and bath/shower facilities were good. When we arrived I was a little concerned about the location. We were there to do the usual New York touristy things and I didn’t realise how far ‘out’ this was. However, Stephanie was mega helpful with explaining the subway and it was literally a 5 minute walk to the subway with an express train going straight to all of the main places including Times Square within 10 minutes, so location wasn’t an issue at all. Our flight home wasn’t until 10.00pm and Stephanie let us keep the room until the evening without issue which was a massive bonus for us. Generally just a really good experience and would definitely go back
